All papers submitted to the JWS should be written in English with good grammar, logic and clarity. Submission to the JWS can be proceeded through either online or e-mail. All papers submitted must be peer-reviewed and the JWS reserves all the rights to accept the paper either as an original full paper or as a short communication. Acceptance of the paper is based on the significance, novelty and originality of the paper, as well as the basic journal formatting requirements.

For submission, the authors need to provide the following document:

1)  Cover Letter: The letter should indicate the motivation of submission, the word count (including abstract, references, tables and figures) and the length of the manuscript.

2)  Submission Declaration: The Declaration must state that the work described in the manuscript has never been published previously and is not presently under consideration for publication elsewhere either. If accepted, the manuscript will not be published elsewhere. The authors are also requested to certify that the work has been done originally and any help received related to the work has been acknowledged properly in the manuscript.

3)  List of Potential Reviewers: With the submitted manuscript, the authors are requested to provide full contact details (including e-mail address) of 3 potential reviewers. The suggested reviewers should not be people at the same institution/company as the author and are able to give independent review.

4)  Manuscript: Please use line numbering throughout the whole paper (Microsoft Word format) in order that the reviewers can make comments for the paper easily and clearly.
